Änderungen der AGB und der Datenschutzerklärung

Hier steht, was sich in jeder Fassung unserer AGB und unserer Datenschutzerklärung geändert hat. Die neueste Fassung steht oben. Rein redaktionelle Korrekturen, etwa ein berichtigter Schreibfehler, führen wir nicht auf.

Nach jeder neuen Fassung der AGB oder der Datenschutzerklärung fragt die App Sie einmal im Elternbereich, ob Sie den aktuellen AGB zustimmen, auch wenn sich nur die Datenschutzerklärung geändert hat. Bis Sie zustimmen, gelten für Sie die AGB, denen Sie zugestimmt haben (AGB Ziffer 11), und Ihr Kind kann weiterspielen. Logoyo Premium können Sie erst kaufen, wenn Sie den aktuellen AGB zugestimmt haben.

Diese Fassung ersetzt die Beta-Fassung 1.0-beta vollständig. Die wichtigsten Regelungen:

  • Kostenlos sind der erste Parkour des Tierhauses und das erste Kapitel von „Das Mondbuch“. Die übrigen Inhalte gehören zu Logoyo Premium (Ziffer 4).
  • Logoyo Premium ist ein Abo, das Sie im App Store oder bei Google Play abschließen. Laufzeit, Verlängerung und Kündigung richten sich nach dem Store (Ziffern 4 und 5).
  • Das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht besteht gegenüber Apple oder Google. Beim ersten Kauf über Google Play erstatten wir zusätzlich den ersten bezahlten Zeitraum, wenn Sie das innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab seinem Beginn verlangen (Ziffer 6.4).
  • Die App enthält auch vorgelesene Bücher (Ziffer 3). Logoyo ist ein pädagogisches Lernangebot und kein Medizinprodukt (Ziffer 3.4).
  • Der Elternbereich ist durch eine Elternsperre geschützt (Ziffer 7).
  • Eine spätere Änderung, die Ihre Rechte oder Pflichten ändert, gilt für Sie nur mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Zustimmung. Schweigen oder die weitere Nutzung der App gilt nicht als Zustimmung (Ziffer 11).

Datenschutzerklärung

Die Datenschutzerklärung informiert Sie. Sie müssen ihr nicht zustimmen. Braucht eine Änderung Ihre Einwilligung, holen wir sie gesondert ein, bevor wir Daten dafür verwenden (Abschnitt 28).

Abschnitt 9: Unser E-Mail-Dienstleister Brevo zählt Öffnungen unserer E-Mails und Klicks darin nur anonym. Brevo ordnet sie nicht Ihrer Adresse zu.

Abschnitt 9: Neu ist der wöchentliche Fortschrittsbericht per E-Mail. Sie erhalten ihn nur, wenn Sie ihn im Elternbereich einschalten.

Die Erklärung gilt jetzt für die App und die Website. Sie beschreibt unter anderem die Sprachübungen und ihre Auswertung, das Kinderprofil, die Elternsperre, die Abos, die E-Mails, die Fehlerberichte, die Problemberichte, die Nachweise Ihrer Einwilligungen und alle Dienstleister. Die Fassungen davor galten zuletzt nur für die Website.

Changes to the Terms and the Privacy Policy (English)

This page lists what changed in each version of our Terms and our Privacy Policy. The newest version comes first. Purely editorial corrections, such as a fixed typo, are not listed. The German text above is the controlling text.

After each new version of the Terms or the Privacy Policy, the app asks you once in the parent area whether you agree to the current Terms, even if only the Privacy Policy changed. Until you agree, the Terms you agreed to still apply to you (Terms, section 11), and your child can keep playing. You can buy Logoyo Premium only after you have agreed to the current Terms.

Terms, version 1.1 · 9 October 2026

This version fully replaces the beta version 1.0-beta. The main points:

  • The first parkour of the animal house and the first chapter of “Das Mondbuch” are free. The other content belongs to Logoyo Premium (section 4).
  • Logoyo Premium is a subscription you buy in the App Store or on Google Play. Its term, renewal and cancellation follow the store (sections 4 and 5).
  • The statutory right of withdrawal applies against Apple or Google. On a first purchase on Google Play, we also refund the first paid period if you ask within 14 days of its start (section 6.4).
  • The app also contains narrated books (section 3). Logoyo is an educational learning offer and not a medical device (section 3.4).
  • The parent area is protected by a parental gate (section 7).
  • A later change that changes your rights or duties applies to you only with your express agreement. Silence or further use of the app is no agreement (section 11).

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy informs you. You do not need to agree to it. If a change needs your consent, we ask for it separately before we use data for it (section 28).

Version 3.2 · 11 October 2026. Section 9: our email provider Brevo counts opens of our emails and clicks in them only anonymously. Brevo does not link them to your address.

Version 3.1 · 11 October 2026. Section 9: the new weekly progress report by email. You receive it only if you turn it on in the parent area.

Version 3.0 · 10 October 2026. The policy now covers the app and the website. Among other things, it describes the speaking exercises and their assessment, the child profile, the parental gate, the subscriptions, the emails, the error reports, the problem reports, the records of your consents, and all service providers. The versions before it last covered the website only.
